Some sort of apk files are not capable to run on 4.0 or 4.2 as an example, and when it comes for note 3, it'll have its modified core of processor type. that's why I've asked. unless your stupid senseless post that explains totally nothing except for ignorance and lake of knowledge about such phones. 
Edit: Here it's.. Android 2.1 and above huh?

I'm quiet sure that'll be based on activation for mobile phones like viber, so it'd read the incoming text message that contains the activate number.. MAYBE!
