Hahah nice fantasy, what kind of a sentence is "gm right to you and ip banned". You cant ban somebody for the rest of their lives. there is a thing called ip changer. 
Also #reported for flaming on somebody for no reason.

They can ban you tough your MAC Adress wich is not changable and it will cause instability on your in ternet if you try to change it.
