I guess your server will be another one of these 120 cap ***** which is imbalanced already, no need to add even more stat points to imbalance it further. Even if it's max cap 110, it's still not really balanced, but it wasn't as annoying at 80,90,100,110 as it is on caps 120 and higher.
Also, Silkroad was never meant to have reborn system, so yeah...

Yes, with Unlimited reset [remain stats after reset]:
Reborn 0 : 10 Hours to get from 1 to MAX.
Reborn 1 : 1 Hour to get from 1 to MAX.
Reborn 2 : 10 minutes to get from 1 to MAX.
Reborn 3 : boring!
Ok. Since it is boring we do PVP.
Oh. Pot-war and exceeded stats? - unbalanced and boring 
Okay. I vote for the shittiest option

Pot war? also increases attack
if this is not enough I can increase the weapon stats (phy mag attack)

For silkroad maybe, but I can't imagine Mu w/o resets atm.
There is no point to have a high rate server if you don't plan to add resets.
Also imo low rate /and/ lower cap servers have less work with customization.

Jade dynasty had it, as well as perfect world
the only difference is that in there there is a formula and balance for the rebirth/awaken/Ascension system in there. But not for ****** />
you will only acomplish a really unbalance game and really will **** other people off

I think every new thing added to original game is bad. Only pure sro servers is a good idea... but that's just me

I had a clean server, all max lv, and stopped playing... ;( because "there is nothing to do"

not really
any feature that improves gameplay without unbalance the game works
is like making an Unique arena
user will participate, get reward, but it wont brake the game at all

iSRO and other official silkroad versions works because their rates are low. There is no real end-content on the game, the content is the grinding itself, thats why default pservers with high rates fail with the time, they add nothing to do at the end and players get bored pretty fast.

If i am water(110)-trojan(130)-water(130) how much hp would i have if i went melee and had about 2.4k mana?

Well today I was thinking and it was stated that it's impossible to view if you have a +1 item unless you look in your inventory, but it is generated before its picked up.
This could be a big job, could be worth it if it was possible and done correctly though. Turn the items on the floors into items in your inventory images, I should probably explain a bit more. The images that are used in your inventory, put those on the floor. That way if you moused over the image it'd show the +1...
