I look for a good community and thats it rates don't matter much to me unless they are under 10x

Many people, many different opinions

So seems that if you want to have a server with many people online, its enough to do daily events, give free items(!), allow bot and so on, but main players would be turkish,egypt people.
And a "isro like" server (without many custom stuff) would have less people, but more skilled players? Or I'm wrong?

if u wnt get fast populary just make free silk and sun drop x3000 u will have 200 player easy problem is this would be 99.999867% noops i dont know how to get the real sro player who want nice gameplay

i remember the days back on duckroad(cap 110,xp-sp-450x with pt 550x,item drop 350x and gold 50x)...every day like 1-1.5k ppl if not 2k(max of the server)...in other words:
-the cap:some players want 80-90-100-110 and other 110+...
-rates:not to low ,not to high; i think no1 wants to bot 24h/day to reach the max. lv in 2-3 weeks
-silks:u can make a vote 4 silk system and donate for keeping up ur server;also u can make contests like who buys the biggest amount of silks wins smth
-pve or pvp:i suggest pve since pvp starts to get borring after 1-2 weeks
-hire only trusted ppl who arent so corrupted...5-10 guys walking with special items aint such a big deal comparing with 50-100... )
-be prepared for problems and inconveniences like dos attacks/u dont have enough money to pay the root and etc.
-make a plan about how to run ur server properly in the following weeks/years..most of the servers run for about 1 week(1 month if they are lucky)and thn close down bcs they "don't have money" :P,i think this the most important thing for all the ppl who are trying to open a server...sry if i didnt use a proper english xDDD

Free silk is not to buy all thing in item mall...just a basic item that what player want it...like reverse,premium,pet 30days,avatar,magic pop for low lvl ( from lvl 8 to lvl 110)
Imoprtant things like Immortal,Astral,Global,ADV n etc...u can sell them for special coin..Where can get the Special coin? U can sell it for real Money for u to pay server cost....
About item 13D or 14D u can make it drop...At jupiter Mob..but a bit lower sox rate....
About alchemy rate...Dont make it to low...
make them special rate...
like (+1 to 4+ 100%) (+4 to +5 50% or something) n then (+5 to +9 80%) n another depend on u...
