Basically it is just an easy work even if you do not wan't to deal with the "type.txt" and sro_clients ignorance to change the language. It is not needed to share "half work"...
1. Get rid of the new txt file layout:
- download any official client that has the new txt file format
- copy multi txt files into some folder, e.g. all uisystem files
- run a simple batch file using "copy /b *.txt newfile.txt"
2. Fix "joymax's" filebugs
- open with notepad++, make "end of line" chars visible
- replace all \r\n with a "unique string"
- replace all \n with empty char
- replace all "unique string" with \r\n
-> all "LF" end chars will be gone = no multiline bugs
3. Add custom material
- browse your server's additional stuff and extend the official text files
- save your "raw" files somewhere, also save any additional stuff
4. Replace language
- copy / paste text file into excel, it will be splitted into colums
- delete column B
- replace the english colum with any other language
- copy / paste back into notepad++ and save it ONLY there
- put all files into media
- if you want to run in asian font you have to download ms-applocale and create a shortcut to korean or japanese
It is maybe a 5min work if your server upgrades all files
