Csremu big problem ( bug ) !!!

hi all i have big problem in csremu I did all thing and i fix

all problem this is take looong time but whean i login

in acc and creat new character the game freez and i cand press

any thing !! i tray all thing and not working any body have

this problem and how i can fix this ..!!! i wait
