i also forgot my pass but i have the ID QQ Email and i also have pics of my char when it was low lvl and high lvl but maya isnt replying me my char name is BlaZinGFiRe its lvl 114 swsro 1, i also downloaded the QQ international but i dont see maya online at any time she's always off wish maya see my thread and answer me

Maybe you dont know the SWSRO Supporters.
I tried to contact all of them.
Asking Maya (in chinese and english) "Can you restore my blocked account?"
Maya: "Ok"
Me: "Do you need my infos?"
Maya: "ok"
Me: giving infos - "When can you restore it?"
Maya: "Ok"

Same with swsro GM. He never understand any word and always say ok or "I dont understand" in chinese.

Yeah, Maya is extremly money addicted. If someone wanna spend money hes directly there, else he ignore you. If you wanna talk to swseo gm you have to say I wanna buy silk untill he answers. If he answers say joke and tell him what you really want. That may help

any dispure for one account, we dont give any help before dispute over. and its not allowed to trade accounts between players, GM would ban the account if there are any dispute for the trade accounts
for example , there was a account in swsro2 , more than 20 ppl told me they are real owners ! its right , all of them gave the right qq and email , why ? the first owner sold the accounts to more than 20 buyers ! by this way , GM just delete the datas about the account.
Of course , there are many [GM]Maya in game every day , we ban alot such accounts , most of the ppl know its fake , but there are still so many noobs believe that there are free silks , events ....

While that's a funny as hell, it's like that for a reason.

Most people who are "hacked" deserved it for doing noob things, download keyloggers, trading **** accounts, etc etc
