Removing privileged IP

Hi, can anyone tell me what I need to edit in the Gateway server using any hex editor in order to remove the IP restriction thing? I know that there are several cracked gateways out there but I did not find any clean ones.

srPatcher v0.6 has an option for Gateway to bypass ip restriction. (I believe)

I checked that, it's an option to be able to join while the gateway's service is offline, but it has nothing to do with the IP restriction, already tested.

I believe it was released once by cherno but it contained virus so the links were removed.

I attached mine, it should have GM IP bypass. I attached cherno's too, scan it first before use in case mine didn't work.

Doesn't yours have a virus too though? my AVG scanner shows ramnits
