and I used it but when you start out the START silkroad.exe and asked me to initiate the silkroad.exe again but nothing happened: S!

I'm actually using ubuntu just to clean up the windows viruses if I got some but I guess that you should check your wine settings and gfx drivers. Check if the folder of the game has all the files too. You should know that wine is a windows emulator so it highers up the requierments of the game itself.
