try again....not worked for the first time to me ...but finally I found some ip which works ...

no...i just check for USA ip...not all work ...but some of them work !!! (I dont know which ip - next time i will keep the ip)
But is worse because most of that surveys are fake , not credited
actually i can see the offers, the problem occurs when i click any offer, it just brings me to same result as stated in attached image

Update : yes working :P but yeah have to search for proper IP. some do work, some just don't
