I search since 2 Years to find out where the snow is configured and coded (from that you can directly manipulate the snow and add new stuff like your rain), but that Idea is also nice :P

There isn't any command.. The rain is enabled in the list:

Danke für das Release, sieht aber ein wenig komisch aus.

Da haste einen Regenschirm, leider gibts das Vorschau Bild nicht mehr.

Also Regen in Metin2 ist genau das, was mal als Abwechslung in Richtung Wetter, Jahrezeiten Events so richtig gefehlt hat. Ich werde es versuchen einzubauen und ich danke Mächtiges Release. Und ich dachte ich müsste schon am Schneefall rumschieben

if you want that the rain starts to a special time you can combin it with the automatic day and night mode.
