[question]Failed localization information so exit

Hello, I have a problem. I've installed clean copy of FreeBSD 7.1, compiled databales and added users with right access. I've also copied server files, grant right chmods but there is still a problem :
When I try to run /home/game/db/db I'm getting error : Failed Localization Information so exit
When i try to turn on auth server i'm getting following error: SELECT mKey,mValue FROM locale
[Load Locale]DirectQuery failed( SELECT mKey,mValue FROM locale)
It looks like that is database problem but I cant figure it out.
Maybe someone of you have met that problem before and know solution for it ?
