Question about Blacksmith

Hello guys.
I want to ask you something. My blacksmith dont show upgrade chance ingame.
Do you know probably how to fix it ? I put screen shot below. Thanks for your time.

you had to do this by urself? he dont show it by default.

xSaito is right you have to do it by you own but the function itself is already in the client.
