Metin2 private server is legal??

I have seen so much Pserver all over the world but when i show this

And i am asking if i have a Pserver and have 500+ Online (not exactly Personal or Private bcs is so public :P) will i have problem with Yamir or i dont know what company owns metin2?
And if Metin2 Private server is illegal why this company still online?

In some countries (such as romania) nobody gives a **** about copyright.

Just go with a host that doesn't comply with the american dmca law, then they need a court order to take you down and nobody is going to bother with that.
