Mysql access denied?

Wenn ich mein Server starten will (sh start.sh) kommt dauern dieser Fehler, hab auch schon versucht mein Passwort zu updaten, jedoch funktionierte keines meiner Versuche.
Hat evtl. einer eine Ahnung wie ich das Hinbekomme?

Hatte die DB Passwörter geändert, wie kann ich die in der Config ändern?

wen du die configs nicht bearbeitet hast dan einfach das passwort vom user der kein zugriff hatt copieren und in datenbank (Navicat) eintragen dan solte es gehen

Also. Ich hab den Server fast fertig. Also das Core problem ist gelöst. Ich weiss an was es bei euch liegt aber ich sag mal dazu nichts weil ich dann wieder von den anderen angeschiessen wird du bist schuld du bist schuld das alle nen P server haben. Falls mir irgendwer weiterhelfen kann. Also der Server läuft auf VMware. Ich hab da alles drauf. MySQL läuft local ohne VMware. Ich hab alles in den Configs einfetragen.
