law and guard?

I just noticed ppl have tags like themod/lvl2/lvl3 but thay say guard and law,anyone explain what they are?

A mod is a member that moderates a specific area of this forum. They may delete/edit/close etc post/topics in their area.
They are like a little admin.

Lv2/Lv3 are members that have access to nonpublic cheats/xploits/tricks etc. They gained this access because they are skilled programmers or something like this.
Guards are like policemen.

Guards must report posts and "guard" their board ..... it's like a real Guardian :P ....

If you want to trade accounts via e*pvp blackmarket you can ask this guy to be the middleman, for you and your partner not to be scammed and stuff.
He also knows german law kinda good. Guess that's why he got this picture, he's also helping out in the law-board a lot as far as I've seen.
