I diff'ed both the old xml's from my db directory with the ones in the previous pack files. Then i extracted the new xml's and updated them with the edits from the old ones. I did the same with the text/interface files in /data/local/*

If anyone cares,
It seems that all the new DLLs have been uploaded as "Tiara R60" but (of course) without an IJL.
The current one simply installs an updated Data folder.
Remove or edit "skillinfo.xml" because that causes Ctrl-targeting to fail.
