EUW LoL Account - Unranked or preferable for ADC

Basically just looking for a cheap LoL account that I can trust I won't lose in the foreseeable future on EUW so that I can play with some friends. Either a blank unranked account or an account that is built slightly towards playing ADC (any of jinx/vayne/caitlyn is a real plus, along with basic runes).

got an account with almost every adc and 3 runepages + basic ADC runes (attack speed, lifesteal etc)
