Just a reminded for all those who paid:

- Click your payment Details
- Scroll down to dispute the transaction
- Write evidence and also link this thread to show that this person is a scammer.

- Remind PayPal that the account is unauthorized and to check if other customers have disputed his account. He should be deducted the amount (and even possibly more fees).

As for the accounts who said he did all the work for real, I'd like some answers from staff & moderators to check the other account IP's.

Ye, Bought ref's from him. Everything went fine, then I got banned from refs (banwave) so he offered a full refund.

Then I told my irl mates to buy from him, spending 50 eur. Well - same story as you, havent recieved a single ref. Oh well trying to get back the cash.

Yeah people should think that the first refs he can do it by asking other REF service to do it.

So first guys say it's ok then he fools the others that buy next.
