Disputes don't work that fast. You have to tell PayPal about, they will contact both sides involved and if you guys can't resolve it yourself and the buyer still wants his money back they will manually review the case.

You can't do that within minutes, it takes 10 days so both sides can share their side of the story. Trust me, I've done it before ...

That leads us to a) You knew the money was about to disappear or b) You didn't have any money in first place at all.
