Scammed by "WeakenedAngelos" need help

Hi,

I bought a LoL Account from WeakenedAngelos, two days ago via a middleman.
After the middleman got the account and changed all facts password and email, I send him the money. The trade was succesful-, after I changed everything into mine.

Today I wanted to log in and it failed, password and email were changed.
The match histroy shows two matches at 31.1 with similiar champions as played before Ive bought it.

So what i dont understand is, how could he get his acc back, when i changed everything?

I traded via Paypal, his real name is "Bartek Nadziarek", he is a pole.

It is so easy to get the Account back after selling it?

It is possible to send an e-mail to Riot saying that your account got hacked and then you have to give out some information like the last 4 digits of the credit card(s) and expiration date used to purchase Riot Points.
By the way I am talking from the sellers perspective, meaning that the seller most likely did this to scam you.
I am sorry and I hope you will get your money back as soon as possible!

With every proof you have to provide and let the epvp handle.
You could retrieve the money back by contacting paypal support talk to them send them literally a mail verify that the money you owned was yours with your address your ip they'll tell you what you need..
You could also contact someone police or bank or whatever that the other person is using stolen money..
Which could lead to more serious things happening
There is many methods of either finding out who the person is and where he lives to retrieving the money back

he can get his acc back @ our lol site-support area pretty easy if he has the 1st mail with the registered details.i told you several times that weakened is a scammer, you didnt listen

why still lol accounts traded, if the seller can easily, get the account back?

its so easy to get the acc back ... he just need to know his first email and where this aacount was created( which region and which city) and the support of riot gives him the acc back ... so everyone can get his acc easy back.. but u can write an eamil to riot support with the details of trade and tell them that u bought this acc! riot will perma ban this lol acc then.

because 90% of the ppl are stupid and 10% are trading their acc's for real without want em back.
