Well, if your fps still the same than -
- you did something wrong.
- your options were already low. So this way, this cfg will just give you 1-10 fps.

- you are a liar. It can't be =)

This cfg will just put your options to low. There are some hidden options, that may only be changed in this file. You can do it by yourself or just use mine.

It's just logical, if you change your graphic option lower, you will get more fps.

My bad, I forgot that that config had the FPS capped to 25, just change it in the options screen to uncapped, but if you already have 60 FPS then I don't see why you would want even more.

Its good that you want improve fps but i have some tips for ya:

- Much lower resolution 800x600 is minimal
- Add this :

vsync is off, ingame is uncapped. it switches from 73fps to 120 every second, no variation
