NOOR-L didnt work on Exania server?

I play atm on exania server but NOOR-L didnt work there ... if i open kal with the NOOR-L exe i cant log in can anyone tell me why it is so?

I have a question too: I tryed for La (Life Absoption) cd on Exenia but with kiki my PC freeze, and with ghostkiller i get doupel value o0 (no, its not the first time i use a uce for cooldown) any1 know the Value? i tryed it with value between bothh cheat engines but wont work >>

1. dont use noor its a peice of **** program for retards learn to use uce

2. im 99% sure the values on the server arent changed.. i know there arent for storms i just got blocked sinned all server xD (tricksta)

its only for exenia server just changed the /config debug to /config exenia

I still have a problem: I use .setskill 1 - .cd la (Life Absorption) but it dotn work? Mysterous arow works fine? maybe its a bug cuz i have both jobs?
