i had the problem mate, all you have to do is right click go to properties and run as xp service pack 3

worked on 7 32 with the system requirements not met

i think the problem was the compatibility of your game to your operating system..

so here's you're going to do..

-right click the hon ub lan shortcut icon,

-properties

-compatibility (do as shown in the image)

-apply and close

and thats it!!
