+17 Reinforcement NAGC

Hi, I've seen a lot of videos lately showing that you can create a +17 reinforcement stone from transmuting two a LOT lower grade stones (+8-+12).
Well I've tried following those steps and no +17 stone was made, can someone please share a trick if they know about one?

that is a glitch that needs to transmute specific items, for example transmuting the lvl 20 bottom on lire in BGC for some reason allows you to get really high stones from low ones... not sure which items are glitched like that for NAGC,
however, even without a glitch, getting +17s are very easy
all you need is farm zeruel on champ a lot to get those boss gate chests which have a chance of giving reinforcment protection and +12/13 scrolls
afterwards, farm premium transmutation scrolls from events, 4 is enough
after that,
a +14 stone and a +13 stone = a +15 stone,
a +15 stone with a +14 stone = a +16 stone,
a +16 stone and a +15 stone = a +17 stone~
basically all u need is 3 +14s and 2 +13s which shouldn't be too hard
success rate is near 100%~

of course, before the stupid transmuting nerf, it was +13 with +13 = +15, +15 with +15 = +17....
