Help With Cheat Engine!

My friend send me some codes which i don't really understand, he just said that its a code for hack using Cheat Engine, this is the code:

Would you guys clarify it to me on how i will use it on Cheat Engine? I'm sorry but i need to be spoon fed on this one. Thanks alot in advance! Cheers!

you find the addres and change register or asm or change value
open memory viewe(on CE) and go to addres(click right)
