How to make a Flyff V14 or V13... I can't find the Neuz.ini in V13 And v14 don't have this...

I'm using the FlyffUsaV13xFire and the database v 13 and serverfiles v13 (lightning-Db-REV5)... Can you tell where i can found the REV7?
