Looks like you aren't looking for that as you would need it or something. First search I made returned like 5 topics about VAC. So I recommend really looking for it before you make a topic about it.
 is my tutorial about VAC.
Btw, it's even the wrong section.

sql injection is only way i've heard of unbanning a char, though i can't help you with it cause i got no idea what to do xd.
