Well, saying no Dekaron P-server is sortof false.

People by now would have collected enough packets, decrypted and have created their own server emulation, sure it won't be as flawless as the original, but you could always make it better and you can adapt to the newer clients (A8 client) as well.

Right now there are already dekaron server files out, that's why most people don't even bother to actually try to create an emulation. It would take quite a long time to get everything working flawless...

then google for MySro,Swsro,Sjsro or ZSZC (Silkroad online)
all of them are chinese private servers, and they make about 5 grands per month!

example: "Treamcast". a 1-1 copy of the old Sega Dreamcast.

look at silkroad private servers. there was a lawsuit against the owner of the private server files... what happened? nothing. he's still hosting a bunch of private servers. the only one who is hosting ->monopoly.
no lawsuit and he's still running around.
