Did anyone cracked the code on the skills yet ?

This i know:

Char is byPCClass = 0 (AK)
Function to decode: base64_encode( <STRING> )

is it some kind of short code ?

eg = Short code ...

AB = Class code ?

i dont think that it is sent as string, try to watch it as hex or bit.
