lol. no Resource hacker wont work u need to download the package from this launcher it includes all stuff to change all buttons and backgrounds ther.

After you downloaded the 2 parts. unpack it and go to launcher_skin_dat EDIT THE FILES IN THER HOW U WANT THEM AND THEN OPEN CONFIGURE.EXE AND EDIT IT TOO !!! AND PRESS SAVE CONFIG AND THEN CREATE THEN GO launcher_output FOLDER AND THEN WOOWW U NOW HAVE THE LAUNCHER WITH UR BACKGROUNDD!!
