As far as I know Monster Editor dosent work no more. Trying using monster.csv in the usa folder.

i download it and it doesnt work. It said compnent TABCTL32.OCX or something is missing or ivalid. thanks anyway

download it and place it in ur x:\WINDOWS\system32 folder
that should make it work.

U can make a vac hack using unpacker and unpack you data.pak. XD

monster editor was only to change the ai of the mobs quickly but doesn't work anymore and hasn't for a long time.
