A few minor requests for Neo if possible: Pristine m4/silencers (as opposed to worn), hunting backpack, khaki M65 outfits (beige cargo pants), balaclavas & handcuffs (balaclavas especially important considering the face glitch that lets people see your head from great distances). Also if possible to replace rice with canned peaches or some other hydrated food. Rice dehydrates you, so if you are both thirsty and hungry, it is rather counter productive as opposed to using the apple glitch or any other foods like sardines/tuna.
