[Release/UW]Qrbit Guard

It's application like DuckNorbitGuard, but to UW.

#1 Start QrbitGuard.exe
#2 In field "ID Dowódcy" enter UID of the leader
#3 Add guard by "+" button
#4 Choose how many guard should be started
#5 Press "Zaloguj"

Please translate the program in English, so people who does not know your language, be able to use and understand the functionality of the program
