[HELP]Kbot-Checking License

Hello!
A friend of mine wants to buy kbot.I told him to try the 24h demo license but when he try to log in the bot freezes at "Checking License..."
He waited 15 minutes,he reinstalled kbot,he restarted the PC but no result...
what is the problem?

His firewall blocked kbotCC

he must add kbotCC to the exceptions
