2nd rb warr-tro-wat ADVICE NEEDED

Hello guys.
I have an account, 2nd rb warrior-trojan-water lvl 106. I found him in a botjail in the middle of my reincarnation progress.
Should I buy the TQ point card and get my account out of there, or can I get a similair account for cheap(ish) price?
The account used to be lvl 130 wat-warr-tro.
GEAR DETAILS:

[E] +4 1 sock brac
Magicalbottle
[E] +4 1 sock tower

That's only gear worth telling. I can't remember what is on the account's wh but it's not much. I have 6 dbs on the same server on another account so I'd prefer going to release him from the botjail if a 2nd rb account is worth a lot on any server.

Totally depends on whether it's the first time it got botjailed or not and the state of the server's economy.

Doesn't it take like 5 DBs to release it from the botjail the first time?

It was the first time botjailed, costs 1000cps = 16USD. But the account has no gear and his reincarnation process is in the middle.
