I was bored and had a little time on the side to i decided to improve my ss mod and here it is.

Instruction: Extract folder into your effect folder in Conquer Online. You guys know the drills

ALso place this folder into the effects and replace.

Hehe thank you. why download the blue cyclone? i made it. i plan to make another mod for cyclone when i have the time didnt like how the wing does not move to the side along with the char so much.
