or try to know the effects name and search for them

Yep Search the cords of x,y, and try to search it in the database NPC. or if nothing in their search it in your source choose Find All

Solution
Go to Conquer Online 2.0 \ ini \tem
And search for Sqorl

Open and clear what's inside, then save
And do all the previous steps in effect

deleting it is ofc the best solution. while youre at it, delete the entire client and the source you leeched and quit.
