A free for all NPC?

Hello Everyone

I need a NPC that gives all the best weapons and armors for all class free with +9. Are there some who can make such an NPC to me? Or are there some who have one? It would be great. It must be on the market.

Do the NPC yourself?

You are running a server and so doing a very very simple NPC should be easy..

tell us whats your server? what info? bin? etc..? 5095/5165? explain more about your server. if its binary it should be easy to do, little tip: if you got a 5095 server you maybe should have already a npc in gm map, just change it abit as i did. dont make it yourself to hard, goodluck
