[Request] Plvl line

[Beta Limit]

Hey Guys i was wondering if anyone could make some kind of program that will place a line around the p lvl area of a noob (to get the maximum kills possible instead of venturing too far or staying too close to the stack and not getting maximum exp).

If its impossible then fair enough but if its possible i would love this program
