start qoproxy

ok i got qoproxy and most update java 5.11 but i dont know how to use it to make the qoproxy works if anyone can give me a good explain how to work it there will be 10 karma feedback

for qo proxy, extracted the stuff in my ini folder, changed the ip address in my server.dat, and ran the exe.
