FPS limiter

Is there a tool where one can limit their FPS?
Like lower it from 39 to 15?

It is not important as to why I would want to do this. I just need to do it

I would guess there would be.

Try looking at the tut to unlock your FPS with olly(i think thats its name =P)

Sure can but maybe tomorrow, crashed off my mountain bike today(yea epic fail, go on laugh) and got a phat headache, need sleep

There isn't much point in having FPS over 39. You wont notice much dif

Has no one ever heard of *M*`s guide how to unlock fps, was to lazy to even try it

It comes a tool fore it sooner or later. ^^
