I call it a RAW editor because it gives you a datagrid of values, RAW data for you to edit...have fun, And give credit where credit is due, *******.
No need to encrypt or decrypt, uses my encryption and decryption class.

Made in 2.5 hours(ish) at 2-3 am.
Only bug I've noticed so far is the horizontal scroll bar is a little whack.
