FPS change

can anyone send me prgram to change the FPS in cabal. (i need lower than 10fps rate. 12fps works good but hard enouth )

If u have fraps u can try easy ""combo hack"" u really wont get banned. u just need to set framerate to 12fps in fraps and fraps your combo . With this fps u will get only exelent combo. but u need to train for that.
I think record combos are made like that

with lower fps its wayy easyer to Combo thats why i need lower FPS's

ok i got an ideea,open 10 internet explorer,cabal,and other game in the same time, then start fraps ,ull get good fps lmao,oh btw try using vista on low ram,thats giving lot of noob fps xD

i need dynamic FPS, if it changes every sec its just harder to combo, or imposible
