try nyo to:

-open launcher
-open trainer
-copy the id and go to your epvp profile
-click customize profile
-click edit your details
-paste the id on the hardware id something. :P
-save
-go to launcher
-verify
-when hack opens, start cabal, wait and enjoy. )

i found a way to use the cheat eventhough it says no record found... (try!!! just until SIR FUJI fixes the problem)
1. follow the registration in the video...
2. open cabal launcher
3. click the "verify thing" in the trainer
3. error: no record found
4. exit the trainer by clicking the X button in the trainer (top right)
5. IF: the cheat menu appears, then you're good to go (don't check any cheat yet)
6. start cabal
7. once you're inside the game: check the cheat boxes that you want to use
8. enjoy sir FUJI's trainer
*seems illogical, but it works (atleast in my end)

SIMPLIFIED:
#1 : Open the Trainer & Click Verify (Boom. No Record Found!)
#2 : Open CABAL Launcher and Click Start CABAL (Do Step 3 while GG is loading)
#3 : MINIMIZE the Trainer... (It doesn't matter if its verified or not)

Hi sir i been trying to run this Program for the pass 5 hours all i get is this msg CONVERSION FROM TYPE 'DBNull" to type 'String' is not valid am using windows 7 32bit OS. btw i tried installing the net framework. 2.0 that you post to DOWNLOAD and installed it all i get is this msg Error:Product already installed PLS Help.. ill will wait for your reply SIR thank you very much
