Just a small note, using the "method" of smart editing implied to work here is not universal for all clients like official cabal versions. The example I can give you when i tested a few of these addresses from 2008, is for walk speed the original .ct file's address could not be found with the "smart edit" address from finding the level difference.
At one point my level difference between the address in my client and the address on the list was 4da8c98, however 4da8c98 didn't apply to any other addresses on the current clients; the walkspeed had a difference of 4da7708 so from what I understand about the most current official client is probably alot of content was added since this list was released, its simply not accurate way of smart editing to apply the difference between level address of the client and the .ct file as a universal difference between all addresses... I didn't find one other address that had the same difference, they are all off by similiar amounts though, just not exact same thats why if you find the difference for one specific function like level, or walkspeed, it will not give you the correct address for another function by adding the smart edit difference to the old addresses.
I guess for 2008-2009 it would have been pretty relevant, and probably is still for some late private servers..
