i got banned because i didnt pay my bill. so, there is some who sell a unban service?

I don't think so. If you got permanently banned , it's over, it's done. The only way is to pay it?

The only solution is mail support. Say to support that you didn't pay recently that you pay back.

If they want it i think they will unban it.
