Not sure how accurate this is going to be but I found this on my journeys while looking for an old portal map.
It is about the new dungeon and battle square.

One day, long time ago, I glitched out of the map and went to the place appearing in the second picture. They had it ready more than 1 year and present it now.

ya I do not know why they hold out for so long on giving us good content , most of this if for all the lower lvl players.

thats what I think too cause the main webzen page says jan something , thats why i was shocked at when I read that article , They must have gotten mixed up during the interview , we will tomorrow though.

No it is because they are lazy and do not want to make new designs , instead they just use older ones and change them up a bit. Archlord X was the exact same lol.

back in cm u could see and sometimes glitch in the scion areas on the map way b4 even swashes came out. I dont know much but just seems to be parts of the game they have control over and when they (whoever own al) choose to open it they can. Like buying a game from a store for console ur only gonna get soo much but MMo have ways of expanding their maps and adding new content. Really why MMo will $$ wise always be over console games....QQ snes earthbound . Skyrim omfgftw
