TuT request - Attack Speed Hack / HP/mp auto pill

Can anyone give a very nice tutorial for Attack Speed Hack and hp/mp autopill. As a beginner on hacking tools, i would like find out how and even make my own trainer.

*** or any simple things, like how to make a loot alarm.. I know its kinda nubish request.. but i would like to learn and not always to depend on someone updating his hack.. Just wanna learn how make my own . thanks for someone that would help, greatly appreciate it.
