Scammer, bought 8/10 placements wins, he went 2/3.
Didnt refund the money and wrote me this on paypal case:
Please provide a shipping information of any virtual goods i have sent you, if you cant provide any checks , shipping adress, tracking numbers there is a rule in paypal that you take full responsibility for buying virtual goods. Regards.

Scammer. Sent payment and says he's updating his client. After, he deletes me off skype and does not respond.
